1. Purpose for use of personal information. The personal information provided by our clients is used for the purpose of providing better service, and not for purposes other than those mentioned in the user agreement. Additionally, it will not be provided to any third parties without personal consent. However, information may be provided under the following conditions. 1) When information is solicited for investigation by legal authorities 2) When other legal authorities require it according to their procedures In case a third party solicits this information from any third party, the purpose for provision of personal information along with the kind of information which is required will be informed to the user through e-mail and an approval will be solicited, and will not be provided unless agreed upon by the user. 2. Types of personal information collected and method. Select personal information is collected by DMC through the suggestion and request for quotation menu. In order to make any suggestion or request a quotation to DMC, the following information needs to be provided, and even if information is not filled in, there is no restriction to the suggestions or request for quotations. -Input entry: 3. Storage and use length of personal information Part of the personal information obtained will be stored until there is a response from DMC, and is used for providing a precise service to our customers. Information obtained through the suggestion and request for quotation options will be completely deleted from the database after a proper response or information is provided.
